I would like to inform you that we can roll back to previous Operating System within 30 days of Windows 10 Installation on the computer. Thank you for your response with the current update on the issue.
Looking forward in your soonest response. I would very much appreciate a reply AND help to fix this, since i have no say in which Windows I'd like to use at all. I want to be able to play my games and if Windows 10 won't allow it, then i need someone to fix this. This is not fair, and NOT acceptable at all. To Windows 10 when the free installation option has expired and that i will not be able to use my previous version of Windows.
But then i was informed that if i go back to my previous version of Windows, i will be FORCED to upgrade This morning I wanted to uninstall Windows 10 and go back to my VERY wonderfully trustworthy Windows 8.1 which gave me NO problems with gaming AT ALL. And every single person that I have asked for help has told me that Windows 10 is my problem. I can not install ANY game on my pc,įor that matter. I have been in contact with technical support from the Sims community and have been gathering information from various experts. I have been trying to install the Sims 3 and 4 on my pc (Windows 10) for the past week now.
